Filming at Mahaffie

Here are some pics from Mahaffie yesterday. I have been told the actual filming wasn't as great as we'd hoped, but these pictures sure are good! Besides, I've found I get more comments when I do picture-posts. No one seemed to like my Emma Edmonds ones. (Sniff, sniff.) Enjoy!

Um, Viv, Ben was the one who told me it didn't come out very good. Except for the porch scene. Apparently the wind was really loud and we had some trouble with - uh - the DELIVERY of the lines you might say. But you're right. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!

Those pics are cool! Too bad that there are only a few good ones of me on there. *sigh*. I just hope that the people watching the movie will not get confused because we switched dresses, E.
Oh yah, and E, the reason i did not comment on the Emma/Frank thing, is because I have not gone on the internet for like a week!

Bravo, Em! You didn't hate all your pictures this time! WHOOT!

Just so you know I was kidding about the Emma/Frank post.

And BTW, I don't think anyone is going to get us mixed up - even if we did switch dresses. We look NOTHING alike!

It looks like you had a great deal of fun. I find myself wondering what sort of film you were trying to make? Was it based on the history of the Mahaffie House? JB and Lucinda Mahaffie were my Great-Great-Grandparents, so I'm alway curious bout happenings at the old family home.

Hi, Mike,

Thanks for your comment. Actually, our movie-in-the-making is not about the history of the home. We are a homeschool group doing a group project and our script is about the Civil War. The people at the house were gracious enough to let us film some of our outside scenes on the back porch, as it is more historically acurate.
