Looking Back on 2007, Slideshow#2

I had trouble picking the pictures out for this one - too many good ones! LOL! What a year. :)
These gals are some of my dearest friends. What's more, they're my sisters in the Lord. In the outside world, we probably would not "naturally" be drawn together - what a variety of personalities and intrests! - but we have common ground. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so that we all might have life in His name. That is the most important common ground of all!

Looking Back on 2007, Slideshow #1

As I was sorting through all my pictures from last year, I realized that all the one of us and our "extended family" [the H's, in case you didn't know. ;)] needed their own slideshow, there were so many! This is just the first of several slideshows I [hope] to post, depending on how Blogger and I get along. ;)

Happy 2008!!

Wow. It's hard to believe 2007 has come and gone - this year has gone insanely fast! So weird.
Looking back on this past year, it has been a year of blessing. God's grace is so evident! I am still far from perfect (haha) but I think God has really helped me in overcoming some heart issues that were not right. And He has given us a church building!! Who would have thought that by the end of the year we would have our our own church building? That's amazing! There have been some hard things within the life of the church, but God has proven himself faithful, has He not? He is so good! Even looking back at the new people God has brought into my life, the friendships He has strengthened, the relationships that have changed - He is faithful.
Now, this computor has served me well for many years, but it is rather old and rather slow, and I do not feel like uploading pictures right now. So stay tuned, because sometime soon I will put up my favorites from the year! Crazy memories are one of my favorite parts of life. I just love them so much!
